Hope and perseverance are like the wood in a fireplace; without wood, no fire would be able to live or to come alive. Likewise, no person would be able to experience maturation without enduring various tests. When a person undergoes distress, they often struggle to find strength, like an ember strives to resurrect raging flames. The strength that they are in search of contains joy and optimism that will help them get through their adversity. Their trust in the Lord would be fostered by the delight that they encounter. Enduring tests and trials would allow them to mature by producing perseverance and a sense of everlasting hope.

Still being in school, I don't have much time to do a lot of art, but I take advantage of my free moments. I enjoy photography and fashion illustration best of all, and I aspire to become a designer in the future.

Aside from visual arts, I am a writer. I've been taking my writing seriously for about three/four years now and I plan to become published one day. Writing is just an escape for me. I could be having the worst day possible, but the moment a pencil and notebook come into my line of sight, I'm washed over with calm, knowing that I can write down my issues, or just vent.

     The thought of me growing into this big, hotshot, world-renowned fashion designer has been tugging my sleeve since I was around ten. I don't know what it is about clothes and the runway and all of the hundreds of fans...but...I know that I want that someday. I want to be an icon in the fashion industry. A mogul. An expert. A Whole New World

I've been on dA for quite some time now, and I've been uploading art day and night. But never had I ever thought of uploading my writing. I don't know why It never crossed my mind until the other day, but, now I recognize that I've been missing out. Truly. The community of writers is numerous on this website. Not only that, but the fellow authors are all so amiable and supportive. If I had known three months ahead of time that uploading my writing to dA would be so positive and so beneficial, I'd have done it in a heartbeat. I'm so overjoyed that I now get to delve into this entirely new community and share my writing with others just like
